Step One: Inside Canvas, click "Account" in the navigation tab.
Step Two: Click "Settings".
Step Three: To add an email address to Canvas Notifications, click the blue link "Email Address" (To add a phone number to Canvas Notifications skip to Step 5).
Step Four: Input the email address of your preference in the white box, then click "Register Email" once you are done.
Step Five: To add a phone number to Canvas Notifications, click the blue link "Contact Method".
Step Six: Fill in the four white boxes with your information. Select your Country from the drop down list, input your 10-digit phone number, and then select your phone carrier from the drop down list. Once the information has been filled out click "Register SMS".
