Add Xerox MFP Accounting Codes to Macs

Open an application, in this case a Word document.

Then go to...

  1. File > Print
  2. Select your printer under the "Printer" drop down box.
  3. Under the "Copies & Pages" drop down, select "Xerox Features".
  4. Under the "Paper/Output" drop down select "Advanced".
  5. Locate the "Configuration" aspect and click the "Accounting" button.
  6. Under the "Accounting System" drop down, select "Xerox Standard Accounting".
  7. Under "Default User ID" enter your accounting code.
  8. Click "OK".

Note: Make this a preset for future use.
