Summary
This article guides users through the process of downloading Zoom cloud recordings through Panopto.
Steps
1. Go to the Panopto link and click the 'Sign in' bar.
Make sure to select CWU SSO if it is not already selected.
2. Once on the homepage, click Everything in the left menu, then click on the thumbnail of the cloud recording you want to download, and a new tab should open.
3. In the new tab, click the three ellipses (dots) in the top right corner, and navigate to settings.
4. From settings, navigate to outputs, and under the Video Podcast area, click Download Podcast.
