One-Time Password Code
1. Enter your CWU credentials for MyCWU, Office 365, or other services; you may be prompted to approve the authentication.
2. On the device you have Multi-Factor Authentication on, click "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now."
3. Click "Use a verification code."
4. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone.
5. Click on your 'Central Washington University' account in the app.
6. Enter the "one-time password code" from the Authenticator app on your device.
Please note: the "one-time password code" changes every 30 seconds. We recommend that if the clock is less than 10 seconds, you wait for the next code to appear.
7. If approved, you will be logged in.
