Open your web browser and go to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/groups
Navigate to Groups I own and search for your DL.
Select DL which you want to modify -> Members -> View all and manage members
To add members to the distribution list, click the "+ Add members".
To remove members, select the member name and click the "Delete".
