Adding a signature in Outlook (Web Version)

This article will show you how to add a signature in outlook for the web version.

In Outlook click the Settings (gears icon) on the top right hand corner.

  1. Under Options, choose View all Outlook settings.

  2. Under Compose and reply > Email signature, in the text box, type the signature you want to use. Use the formatting mini toolbar to change the appearance of the signature.

  3. Choose Save.
