Connecting to a Network Drive

Central Washington University has a number of network drives available to Students, Faculty and Staff to save documents for access anywhere on the campus network. First you will need to map the network drive onto your computer (See the Link Immediately Below). If you are using the VPN, you will need to open and log into your VPN connection first then map the network drives to your computer.

 Shared Drive Address:
Note: The S: drive is only accessible with permission.  

If you do not already have access, you will need to identify the person in your department who owns the drive and can put in an access ticket for you.  This is the ticket that will need to be submitted to gain you access to the drive you want.  Please get the specific name of the drive before requesting access (i.e. S:\Department Initials\specific folder name)

Staff and Faculty:
