If a gift was processed incorrectly and/or new information has come to light we want to know so we can get it fixed.
Please give us as much information as you have in order to ensure a timely adjustment.
We must have documentation from the donor if designation/fund is being changed, our jobs are to follow donor intent so if we did not initially we want to fix that. Please understand that we need documentation to change gifts after the fact to ensure we are following donor intent.
