Updating Your Home Email Address in MyCWU for Students

A simple guide to have students keep their home email address up-to-date and allows users to recover their MyCWU account.

This article guides students through the steps of updating their home email address in MyCWU. CWU uses this information to provide you will account access support and emergency notifications. 

 

Updating this information is best on a computer and using the Full Site. Here is a link to a YouTube tutorial:

 

 

 

Steps

Step One: Visit my.cwu.edu.

 

Step Two: Select Sign In in the top right corner.

 

Step Three:

1. Enter your CWU username (Example: Username@cwu.edu).
2. Select Next.

 

Step Four: 

1. Enter your CWU password.
2. Select Sign in.

 

Step Five: Select the Student tab. 

 

Step Six: 

1. Select Personal in the navigation bar on the far left side. 
2. Select Addresses in the dropdown menu.

 

 

Step Seven:

1. Select the Email Addresses tab. 
2. Select Add Email Address or edit the current Home Email Address. 
3. Select Save.
