It is critical that you keep your personal information up to date with CWU. This includes your phone number and personal email address. CWU uses this information to provide you with account access support and emergency notifications. Follow this guide to udpate your information.
Step One: Visit my.cwu.edu. Updating this information is best on a computer and using the Full Site.
Step Two: Select "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner.
Step Three: Next, sign in with your MyCWU Username@cwu.edu and Password. If you are unsure what your credientials are, click on Forgot Password or visit the Changing Your MyCWU Password article.
Step Four: Select the Employee tab.
Step Five: From the Navigation bar on the left side, select Personal and click Personal Details.
Step Six: When you click on Personal Details a new portal will open.
You can select which personal information you would like to update. The listed options are:
- Addresses - you can update both your Home address and Mailing address.
- Contact Details - Update your Campus and Mobile Phone numbers
- The Mobile number will be used for your Emergency Notification Contact so PLEASE make sure this is up to date!
- Email Address - Without a Personal Email Address Listed the Service Desk will be Unable to assist you with account updates expect by doing a Zoom Call!
- Name - if you open this tab again you fill find a link to the place where you can update your Preferred First Name.
- The rest of the options are: Ethnic Groups, Emergency Contracts, Additional Information, Disability, Veteran Status, Form 1-9
