1.) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard.
2.) Click 'Change a password'
A.) Leave the username as it appears.
B.) Enter the current password.
C.) Enter a new password for the account twice.
D.) Click the arrow button to change the password.
Keep in mind that the following password requirements must be met to be accepted by the system:

Password is case sensitive.

Must be at least 14 characters long.

Must not include part of your name, username or any personal info like addresses, phone numbers or your ID number from your MyCWU account.

Must meet 3 out of the 4 criteria below:
a. Symbol (!, #, $, etc.)
b. Uppercase (A-Z)
c. Lowercase (a-z)
d. Number (0-9)
3.) You'll see a confirmation that the password was changed. Click OK. You're done!
