Note that you must be on campus and connected to the CWU network for this process to work
1.) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard.
2.) Click 'Change a password'
A.) Leave the username as it appears.
B.) Enter the current password.
C.) Enter a new password for the account twice.
D.) Click the arrow button to change the password.
Keep in mind that the following requirements must be met:
-Must be at least 14 characters long.
-Must not include part of your name, username or any personal info like addresses, phone numbers or your ID number from your MyCWU account.
-Must include 3 out of the 4 criteria below:
a. Symbol (!, #, $, etc.)
b. Uppercase (A-Z)
c. Lowercase (a-z)
d. Number (0-9)
3.) You'll see a confirmation that the password was changed. Click OK. You're done!
