Managing Personal Safe/Block Lists in Proofpoint

While our email protection, Proofpoint, is generally very good at filtering spam or unwanted mail, there may be times that your idea of unwanted differs from Proofpoint's.  To accommodate this, Proofpoint allows you to manage your own allow or block lists, that will override Proofpoint's global settings.

To get to the management interface, you can log in here: https://006e4a01.pphosted.com:10020/

To manage your allow/block lists, click Lists in the bottom left

Your blocked senders list and Safe senders list are managed the same.  Edit and Delete are pretty self explanatory. 

To add a specific sender to allow: click New > type in the sender's email address (example@example.com) > Click Save

To allow email from an entire organization: click New > type in the domain after the @ (example.com) > Click Save
