This article will be a quick walkthrough on setting up your CWU mail account in the Gmail app on android devices that support modern authentication.
Note: Before going through this procedure, if you have set up CWU mail via pop/imap, you will need to remove those accounts first. This is generally done via Settings > Accounts & Passwords, but this may differ depending on device manufacturer. POP/IMAP will no longer be supported after October 2022.
Step One: From the Gmail app, Tap your profile icon in the top right, then choose "Add Another Account"
Step Two: Choose "Exchange and Office 365"
Step Three: Enter your network/email login, including @cwu.edu (lastnamef@cwu.edu)
Step Four: Enter your password and accept MFA if applicable
