Step One: Inside Canvas, click "Account" on the navigation tab.
Step Two: Click "Notifications".
Step Three: In the Notification Preferences you can set your notification settings so that you can receive either a text message or email (depending on your preference) of activities in Canvas. You can also choose to either not receive updates on certain activities or to receive them daily or weekly.
