Checking for Zoom Plugin
To check whether your computer has the zoom plugin installed, complete the following steps:
Step One: Open Outlook Classic
Step Two: Select File.

Step Three: Select Options near the bottom of the far left menu.

Step Four:
- Select Add-ins in the far left menu.
- Search for Zoom Outlook Plugin in the Active Application Add-ins section or Inactive Application Add-ins section.

How to Create Meetings with Zoom
Step One: Open Outlook Classic.
Step Two:
- Select the down arrow to the right of New Email.
- Select Meeting in the dropdown menu.

Step Three: Enter the name, attendees, schedule, and description of the meeting in the following window.

Step Four: Select Schedule a Meeting.

Step Four:
- Enter information within the following menu for your Zoom meeting.
- Select Save.

Step Five:
- Check for URL of the meeting in the Location section.
- Check for the description of the meeting below your description that includes:
- Meeting URL
- Meeting ID
- Passcode

Step Six: If all the information of the meeting is correct, select Send.

How to Create In-Person Meetings
Step One: Open Outlook Classic.
Step Two:
- Select the down arrow to the right of New Email.
- Select Meeting in the dropdown menu.

Step Three:
- Enter the name, attendees, schedule, location, and description of the meeting in the following window.
- Once completed, select Send.
