Summary
Campus Notices are published live to the website each night. They are also shared with faculty and staff through the Central Today email, which is distributed twice a week — on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 a.m.
Campus Notices published before 8:30 a.m. will be included in the corresponding Central Today email. Please note that space in the email is limited, so not every event or notice will appear directly in the message. However, each edition of Central Today includes a link to view all current events and notices online.

Click on “View Folder” to display the files contained within that folder in the main window (to the right):

Step 3
Before proceeding, confirm that you are in the correct folder by checking the folder path displayed at the top left of the main window (as shown in the screenshot).

Step 4
To create the campus notice, click on “Add Content” button in the top left of the screen.

Step 5
Click on “Campus Notice” from the list of assets listed in the fly out window to open the form used to create the Campus Notice

Step 6
Make sure the “Include Components” check box is selected. This enables the components section, allowing you to enter and format the content for your notice.

The following screenshots will guide you through each field and the available publishing options for creating a Campus Notice.
Step 7
Placement Folder
- This is a required field.
- Ensure that the selected folder corresponds to the correct month and year for your notice. By default, your Campus Notice will be created in the folder you were in when you clicked “Add Content.”
- If the folder shown does not match the month in which you intend to publish your notice, update this field to display the correct folder, by clicking on the field, and selecting the correct location (year > folder #)
Title
- The Title field determines the URL for your Campus Notice.
When possible, avoid using special characters or punctuation in the title.
Include Components
- This field is optional, but it must be checked if you want to add text to the body of your Campus Notice. Always ensure that this option is selected before proceeding.

- This field allows you to select the contact file to be used to display contact information on the left hand of the Campus Notice.
