This guide will help you use Central Washington University's Wepa printing kiosks.

From a personal computer (PC/Mac/Linux): 

Step One: Visit https://wepanow.com/software on your personal computer. 


Step Two: The website will try to automatically select the correct software for your system. If it does not, select the appropriate software from the drop-down list. 


Step Three: Click Download.


Step Four: Launch the install file you just downloaded, and follow instructions. A restart may be necessary. 


Step Five: Open the file you are trying to print.


Step Six: Select the Wepa printer from the print options screen, and hit print.  


 

From a mobile device: 

Step One: Download the Wepa Print app from your app store. 


Step Two: Open the file that you want to print on your phone, and share it


Step Three: Select Wepa Print from the list of sharing options.


Step Four: Follow on-screen instructions. 


 

From a cloud service (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365, Onedrive): 

Step One: Log in to the kiosk.


Step Two: Select which cloud service you would like to print from on the right hand side. Note: You may need to scroll down the list using arrow icons on the top and bottom of the service list.


Step Three: Follow on-screen instructions.


 

From email:

Step One: Attach your document to an email addressed to print@wepanow.com. Note: Make sure you send this from your CWU email, otherwise you will be considered a guest, and will need to enter a Wepa code manually. 


Step Two: In the first line of the body, set any print settings by including the words below. Note: The system will default to black and white, single-sided prints. If this is what you want, you do not need to include any settings.

Print the document double-sided

Print the document in color 

POWERPOINT SETTINGS 

 

“Slides”/“slides1”

Step Three: Send the email.

Example:

From:       username@cwu.edu 
To:           print@wepanow.com

From web upload: 

Step One: Go to https://www.wepanow.com/login on a personal computer, and select Central Washington University from the School drop down menu. 


Step Two: Log in with your MyCWU credentials


Step Three: Click “Document Upload” in the black banner. 


Step Four: Follow on-screen instructions. 


 

From USB: 

Step One: Insert USB drive containing documents ready to be printed into the USB ports of the printing kiosk.


Step Two: Follow on-screen instructions.


 

Printing your documents at the kiosk:

Step One: Submit your document to the print kiosk using one of the above methods.


Step Two: Swipe your Connection Card and enter your PIN to access the kiosk. Note: If needed, you can log in to the kiosk by selecting your school and entering your MyCWU credentials.


Step Three: Select your document from the main menu.


Step Four: Follow on-screen instructions.


 

Multiple files: 

If you need to print multiple documents on the same order, you can log into the print station and select “Multiple Uploaded Files”.
