Printing from a Personal Computer (Windows/Mac/Linux)

 

  1. Go to the Wepa Print software page: https://wepanow.com/software

  2. Download the correct software for your system:
    • The site will try to detect your operating system (OS) automatically.
    • If it doesn’t, use the drop down to select your OS: Windows (32- or 64-bit), macOS (latest or 10.8 and below), or Linux (DEB or RPM).
    • Click Download.

  3. Install the Wepa Print software:
    • Open the installer file you just downloaded.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.
    • A system restart might be required after installation.

  4. Open the document you want to print.

  5. Print your document:
    • Go to the Print menu in your application.
    • Select the Wepa Printer from your list of printers.
    • Click Print.

 

 

Printing from a Mobile Device

 

  1. Install the Wepa Print app from your device’s app store:

  2. Open the file that you want to print on your phone.

  3. Click Share and select Wepa Print from the list of sharing options.

  4. Follow on-screen instructions.

 

 

Printing from a Cloud Service (Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365, OneDrive)

 

  1. Log into the kiosk.

  2. From the right-hand panel, select the cloud service you would like to print from.
Use the up and down arrows to locate your cloud service.

Printing from Email

 

  1. Attach your document to an email and send it to print@wepanow.com.
Make sure you send this from your CWU email.

If you use a personal email, you will be treated as a guest and must manually enter a Wepa code at the kiosk.

  1. In the first line of your email body, enter one or more of the settings below to customize how your document prints.
If no settings are included, the system will default to black-and-white, single-sided printing.
  1. Send the email.

    Example:

    From: username@cwu.edu
    To: print@wepanow.com
    Subject: Print
    Attachment: Document17.pdf (1.2MB)
    Color duplex

 

 

Printing from Web Upload

 

  1. Go to the Wepa log in page: https://www.wepanow.com/login

  2. Select Central Washington University from the School dropdown menu and log in with your MyCWU credentials.

  3. Click Document Upload in the black banner.

  4. Follow on-screen instructions.

 

Printing from USB

 

  1. Insert USB drive containing documents ready to be printed into the USB ports of the printing kiosk.

  2. Follow on-screen instructions.

 

Printing Documents at the Kiosk

 

  1. Submit your document to the kiosk using one of the above methods.

  2. Swipe your Connection Card and enter your PIN to access the kiosk.
You may also log in by selecting Central Washington University and entering your MyCWU credentials.
  1. Select your document from the main menu.
If you need to print multiple documents on the same order, you can select multiple uploaded files.

 

Printing Documents via Express Print

 

  1. Log in to the Wepa Print App using your CWU credentials.

  2. Tap the rocket icon in the bottom right corner of the "Your Print Jobs" page.

  3. Tap your phone on the marked NFC location on the Wepa Kiosk

  4. Follow on-screen instructions.
