If the username and password field is automatically filling in Safari, you can clear the Auto-Fill form for that site specifically by following these steps.
Step One: with Safari running, select Safari on the top left and open Preferences...
Step Two: select the Password tab and select which website credentials you would like to remove.
After clicking on the row, you can select Remove to remove the website's Auto-Fill login information.
