Adobe Software Access - Personal Devices

CWU provides three options for accessing the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products.

  1. Physical campus lab computers - Available to Students, Staff, and Faculty
  2. Limited licenses (funded by Student Technology Fee) for students to use on personal (non-CWU) computers -- Available by request for Students
  3. CWU owned/tagged PC and MAC computers have access to a creative cloud license - Available for Staff and Faculty

Submit your Adobe request at this link: Desktop Software Request


If the request for access for PERSONAL use has been granted, proceed with the following steps.

Step 1. Visit https://creativecloud.adobe.com and enter @cwu.edu as the email address to sign in.


Step 2. Sign in with your username@cwu.edu (not first.last email) and choose next.

Step 3. Approve or enter code when prompted for Multifactor Authentication.


Step 4. From the Creative Cloud website, browse for and download your desired app. Click Apps on the top of the page to view all apps.

For Higher Education students to continue developing skills, Adobe offers free “Daily Creative Challenges”. These are guided projects where participants receive creative prompts and connect with pros, mentors, and other students for feedback and support.
