Step 1. Locate and access the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your desktop or under programs/applications.
Step 2. When you select the blue circle (see below), it should indicate you are logged in with your Adobe ID, username@cwu.edu. Select the Sign Out option.
Step 3. Select Continue.
Step 4. Please close all programs on your computing device and restart your system.
Step 5. After the restart, please login to your computer and re-launch the Adobe Creative Cloud application.
Step 6. Sign in using first.last@cwu.edu and select Continue.
Step 7. You will see the following window, select Company or School Account.
Step 8. Please login to using your MyCWU Username@cwu.edu and password.
Step 9. The login credentials in Adobe Creative Cloud now display with the new first.last@cwu.edu Previously installed Adobe applications will now be available for use, or if necessary, you can download available Adobe applications. Process is complete.
