Creating a signature in Outlook

Step One: Within the Outlook program, open the file menu on the top left.

Step Two: Select Options on the bottom left.

Step Three: In the Options window, select the Mail category on the left and select Signatures.

Step Four: In the Signature window, select New and create your new signature there.
