Adobe Suite Apps not working on Macintosh Keychain Fix

These instructions should resolve an issue on Macs where Adobe will not let you sign into Creative Cloud.

1. Open Finder on your taskbar   
2. Select Applications in Finder and then open utilities folder 
3. In Utilities open Keychain Access 
4. In Keychain Access search for Adobe in the upper-right-hand corner
5. On the left-hand side of the page make sure login is selected 
6. Highlight and move all Adobe files to the trash
7. Empty the trash and restart your computer.
8. Adobe should now allow you to sign in with first.lastname@cwu.edu
