Employee Photos in MyCWU,Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

To update or upload your employee photo to your profile (including: Employee Directory, Outlook and Microsoft Teams) or connection card, please navigate to the Connection Card website located here: https://www.cwu.edu/student-life/student-support/connection-card/index.php.


1.) Once on the site, scroll to the middle of the page titled 'Online Access & Downloading the GET Mobile App', as seen in the picture below:

 


2.) If you are using a mobile device, you will need to download the 'GET' Mobile application which can be accessed via one of the links shown above on the main Connection Card page or by searching for the application in Google Play (Android) or the App Store (Apple products) on your device.

  a. Search for your institution (Central Washington University).

  b. Sign in with your MyCWU credentials.

  c. Follow the prompts to finish setting up your GET account.

  d. Once in the application, hit the settings icon in the lower right corner, then click 'Update or Upload Photo', and 'Submit Photo For Review'.


3.) If you are using a computer, simply click the link titled 'Login to CBORD'S Web Portal with your CWU credentials' (third choice), shown below:


4.) You will be walked through the same process to create your GET account or instructed to login to your GET account with your MyCWU credentials.

     a. Under the 'Quick Links' area to the right, click on 'Upload ID Photo'.


5.) Next, you will see the 'Connection Card Office Online Photo Submission Policy'. Read through the Submission Policy, scroll to the bottom, and choose 'Browse' to upload or change your employee and/or connection card photo(s).

*You will receive notice via email once your photo has been reviewed, approved, and uploaded to your profile.  If you have questions, please contact the Service Desk at 509.963.2001 or the Connection Card office at 509.963.2711.
