Users must manually transfer any custom Safe or Blocked Senders lists from Proofpoint to Microsoft Exchange to avoid disruption in sending or receiving messages following changes.

- Open both portals side by side and log in:
You will use your CWU credentials to log into both portals.
- In the lower-left corner of the Proofpoint window, click Lists, then Blocked Senders List to view your saved Blocked Senders.
- In the Exchange Admin Center, go to Blocked Senders.
- Click the blue plus + icon to add addresses manually.
- Copy and paste all addresses from Proofpoint into the the Blocked Senders list.
- Repeat the steps above for your Safe Senders list in Proofpoint and Exchange.
