The number to the CWU conference bridge is 509-963-1000. It is a sixteen port bridge allowing 16 simultaneous callers and does require a passcode for participants. We ask that you schedule the bridge through Outlook by sending a meeting appointment (make sure to use a busy search) to Meet Me Conference Bridge. This ensures no one else has it scheduled during the time you need it. Please CC phones@cwu.edu with your appointment, so Telecom is notified that you are requesting a PIN. If you choose to provide your attendees with the toll free #, we will rebill you for the cost of the calls based on our 800# invoice. This is the only cost for the service. If you want the callers to pay for their own call just give them the Bridge Number, if you are paying for their calls give them the Toll Free Number. Anyone on a CWU campus phone should dial 1000.

Step Three:Don't forget to check the Scheduling Assistant to avoid conflicts. The blue indicates times that are already reserved.
Step Four: E-mail phones@cwu.edu with your name, department name, time and date you plan to schedule the bridge. If you want to use the Toll Free number please indicate in the email and a budget number for rebill.
A participant access code will be e-mailed to you prior to your call.If you have requested use of the toll free number that will be sent to you also.
Use the Busy Search feature in Outlook to make sure the Conference Bridge is available when you need it.
