Make Domestic long distance calls from a campus phone:
Step One: Dialing from a phone are they using an Authorization code or dialing directly from their phone?
Option A: Without Authorization code, dial 66 + 1 + number
Option B: With Authorization code, dial 56 + Authorization code + 66 + 1 + number.
Note: If they are getting busy tone during the dialing process without an authorization code then they are toll restricted and need to have the programming changed so they can call domestic long distance.
For international calls from a campus phone:
Option A: Without Authorization code Dial 66 + country code + city code + number
Option B: With Authorization code Dial 56 + Authorization code + 66 + country code + city code + number
Note: If they are getting busy tone during international calling then they need programming changed on their phones to give them international access.
