Step One: Go to Settings > Passwords & Account. Or if you are running IOS 14 and newer go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Step Two: Tap Add Account.
Step Three: Select Exchange.
Step Four: Enter your account information (e.g. username@cwu.edu).
Step Five: Choose Sign In.
Step Five: Please enter Email Login and Password when prompted for the organizational account. Please be sure to Approve the sign-in if you have Multi-factor Authentication enabled on your account.
Step Six: After you create your account, select your syncing options.
Note: Deselect Contacts. Selecting contacts will populate all contacts in the university's directory and is not typically desirable.
Please ensure to change your limit to No Limit in "Mail Days to Sync" in order for email to populate.
