Mail apps may vary slightly depending on your device. Use the steps below as a general guide and refer to your device manufacturer’s support if needed.
Outlook for iPhone
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account.

- Enter your full CWU email address and tap Add Account.
Use your CWU email address without a period between your first and last name (e.g., johnsmith@cwu.edu).

- If the app does not auto-detect, select Exchange as the provider.

- Manually enter the following info and tap Sign In:
- Email Address: your CWU email
- Password: your CWU password
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Domain: cwu
- Username: your CWU username (e.g., johnsmith)

Outlook for Android
- Open the Outlook app on your Android device.
- Go to Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account.

- Enter your CWU email address and tap Sign In. Follow on-screen instructions.
