CWU uses, and has available to all faculty, staff and students for use on University projects, Qualtrics Online Survey Software.
Qualtrics allows you to build, send and analyze surveys in a secure environment. It has a large list of advanced features yet is easy for even novice survey software users to use. Qualtrics is free for use for students, faculty and staff.
To sign up for a Qualtrics account, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Go to https://cwu.co1.qualtrics.com/ and select "Don't have an account?"
Step 2: Be sure to enter your email login as the Email Address, not your First.Lastname alias. Leave the Access Code empty and select "Sign me up".
Step 3: You will receive a prompt to verify your email address. In your email, you will receive an email titled "Please verify your new Qualtrics account" from Qualtrics and select "Verify My Email" from the message.
Step 4: You will be prompted to enter your First and Last name and to type in a new password for the Qualtrics account. Once you've created the account, you may sign in with your Email Login and the password you've created for Qualtrics.
