To change the greeting on your voice mail so you can set up an "personal greeting", a "name greeting" or to change your "extended absence greeting" or your "away on business greeting".
Press the envelope icon key to the left of the selection circle button, lower of the two white buttons.
It will ask for you Voice mail password. If you are uncertain of your password, please contact the Service Desk at 509-963-2001.
press 5 (User Options/PhoneManager) and 1 for your personal greeting.
press 5 (User Options/PhoneManager) and 2 for your name greeting.
press 5 (User Options/PhoneManager) and 3 for your extended absence greeting.
press 5 (User Options/PhoneManager) and 4 for your out-of-office (away) greeting.
Pressing the # key will step you back one menu set.
