    • The IS Dept.’s Solutions Request Team will review and assess the requested changes and work with the requestor to find the best solution.  This work will be prioritized with other customization and project requests.
  • IS Consultation/General
    • If you are not procuring software/licensing or requesting changes to MyCWU and need IS support or consultation on a complex problem, select this option.
