Description/What is it?
Do you need to request VPN access to CWU Campus Network?
All new users and those who have not accessed the VPN service since August 2015 will need to click on "Request Service" on the right hand side.
The Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN client is available on Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OS which is used to connect to campus network drives and use remote desktop.
Who can use it?
CWU Faculty, Students and Staff can request this service.

How to request this service?
This service is provided by Networks and Operations and requests can be made through the Service Desk. Requests can be made by clicking the Request button to the right.
