Description/What is it?
This request is for the following:
- Requests for the Office of Information Security and the Data Privacy office to provide a vendor risk review and/or a privacy review of technology documentation for a current or potential vendor.
Please be sure to have the following information ready before submitting this request:
- Business/Company Name and Contact
- Product or Service Web Address
- Name of the CWU department that is purchasing or renewing
- Name of the CWU contact person and email address of department that is purchasing or renewing
- For renewals, any existing accompanying documentation, e.g., expiring/expired contracts, DSPAs, terms and conditions.
