If you would like to update your name displayed in MyCWU and your display name of your email (not the address), please follow the steps below.
Step One: visit the MyCWU portal at my.cwu.edu and select the Sign-in button on the top right (This is best operated from a computer).
Step Two: log in with your MyCWU username@cwu.edu and password. If you are unsure what your credantials are or have forgotten, please visit the Password Reset guide.
Step Three: Once logged in, select the Student tab in the center top next to Homepage.
Step Four: Next, select the Personal category in the navigation bar on the left hand side and select Names.
Your primary name will be displayed above and you can add a preferred name by selecting the Add a New Name.
