How to Sign into MyCWU

Summary

 

This guide walks students through signing into their MyCWU.

 

Please note: For newly admitted students who have not signed into their MyCWU account before, please follow the instructions for Creating Your New MyCWU Account.

 

 

Steps

Step One: Go to my.cwu.edu and click Sign In in the upper-right corner of the website.

Step Two:

  1. Enter your CWU username (Example: Username@cwu.edu).
  2. Select Next.

 

Step Three: 

  1. Enter your CWU password.
  2. Select Sign in.

If you don't know your CWU credentials, refer to the How to Change Your Password guide or contact the Service Desk at (509) 963-2001.

 

FAQ

Question: What is the difference between signing into MyCWU with usernames vs aliases?

  • Usernames: Will work when signing into MyCWU. They contain your last name and the initial of your first name (Example: The name Central Wildcat would be WildcatC@cwu.edu).
  • Aliases: Will NOT work when signing into MyCWU. They contain your full first and last name (Example: first.last@cwu.edu)

 

  • If you are continuously experiencing issues with signing into MyCWU, please call the CWU Service Desk at 509-963-2001.
