Step One: Be signed into outlook if not already.
Step Two: Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open your settings menu.
Step Three: Click "View All Outlook Settings" at the bottom of the Settings section.
Step Four: Select "Junk email" and select the trash icon to remove blocked senders. Be sure to Save at the end once you've removed the Blocked senders.
