How to Block a Sender in New Outlook (Web)

Step One: Open New Outlook.

 

Step Two:

  1. Right click on email from the sender you would like to block.
  2. Select Block sender.

 

Step Three: When prompted, select OK.

 

 

How to Unblock a Sender in New Outlook (Web)

Step One: Open New Outlook.

 

Step Two: Select the gear icon in the right corner of your screen to open settings.

 

Step Three: Go to Junk email in the menu. 

 

Step Four:

  1. Scroll down Junk email page until you reach the Senders section at the very bottom.
  2. Select Blocked senders and domains.

 

 

Step Five: Select the trash icon next to the sender you want to unblock.

 

Step Six: Select Save.
