University Advancement maintains data on supporters of the CWU Foundation and CWU Alumni. If you are looking for a data list for a mailing, research or any other reason of alumni, donors and friends University Advancement wants to help you be successful. We need some pieces of information like what kind of list you need, the purpose of the list and at the end we ask that you review the data provided and approve the list. Anything not approved or responded to in 5 business days will be automatically approved.
We require a minimum of 5 business days to complete your request internally. For University Advancement supported email and mail communications, an additional two weeks (10 business days) are required, for a total of three weeks (21 business days)..
You must have a confidentiality statement on file to request a list, if you do not have one on file you must attach one to your request.
If you need communications support for your project, such as Bulk Emails, Social Media advertisement, or an Event Registration Page, please request the UA Communications Program Support service as well.
