This ticket is used for outgoing emails from NXT created by you, the requestor, to be reviewed by UA Communications. This support ticket will serve as a heads up for us to review the proposed send date(s), review email content/branding by our team, add the email(s) to our outgoing email calendar, and prompt UA Operations for a list request.
Please submit this ticket at least 2 weeks prior to your proposed send date, if possible.
This request will more than likely be used after you have worked with our team in creating a NXT Email Template. This request is not for communication support for marketing a program (i.e. social media, email creation and sending, content development, print requests etc.). If you require this type of communication support, please use the Program Support Request service.
