Event Support-New Model

This ticket is intended to capture cross-departmental work necessary to support events. These events can be of varying size and scope. As a result, Project and Communications plans are required for any requests relative to event support that is cross-functional, complex, and/or high priority (ie. presidential participation or board involvement). Conversely, simple support requests do not require a project or communication plan. However, all event support tickets will initiate a kickoff meeting as the first step. During this meeting, it may be determined that a "simple" ticket meets the criteria for the project and communication plan requirement. In such cases, the request/project manager will be responsible for completing and uploading the required plans to the ticket. 

Please open and complete the two template attachments to the best of your ability prior to creating the ticket. These completed templates will be attached to the ticket during the creation process.
