This ticked has been modified to better accommodate the use of the new project resources shared by ConnectComs, as well as the partnership with Fundmetric. As a result, the web entry form will be much less complex as the critical details will be captured in the Project Charter/Project Brief/Project Plan. As a result, these documents will need to be attached to the TD ticket as they are completed so that all stakeholders will be aware of work that is due, as well as the overall status of the project.

Unless otherwise specified, University Advancement will assign a Project Manager for this event. It will be the responsibility of the Project Manager to:

  • Work with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to complete the Project Charter, Project Brief, and Project Plans.
  • Schedule/manage project meetings
  • Follow up with work groups as needed
  • Regularly update the project plan and ticket
  • Send out any project status updates

It will be the responsibility of the working groups to read and understand the project documents, to review and complete tasks that are assigned in the project plan, and to update the project manager when tasks have been completed so that the project plan can be updated accordingly.
