The objective of this intake evaluation will be to determine if the request can be supported based on the scope of work, strategic alignment, timeline, and available resources, as well as identifying the optimal execution strategy. Results of the evaluation and next steps will be subsequently shared with the requestor.

UP Card Reader Support Request

Request for credit card reader checkout to support an event.
*2 week minimum lead time is required to process this request.
**Please note, due to high demand and regular internal requirements, a maximum of two card readers can be checked out for a single event. Card readers must be returned within 1 business day of the event date. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the suspension of future checkout privileges.

UP Data Request

This request is for simple data pulls such as constituent lists for mailings or email communications.
*2 week minimum lead time is required to process this request.

UP Email Support Request

This request is for end-to-end email support and delivery.
*3 week minimum lead time is required to process this request.

UP Event Support Request

This request is for events that will require the support or sponsorship of University Advancement.
*6 week minimum lead time is required to process this request. However, please consider scope of the event and submit this request earlier if appropriate.

UP Report Request

This request is for the creation and/or distribution of reports.
*2 week minimum lead time is required to process this request.
