Quarantined Email

To review your quarantined email, log in with your CWU credentials at: https://Proofpoint.cwu.edu/ or https://Quarantine.cwu.edu or https://Digest.cwu.edu.  

Step One: Once logged in, the quarantine dashboard will show up with folders containing messages that were caught in the email filter.


Step Two: You will see your quarantined email in each of the folders (Separated by either Spam, Low Priority, etc.)

 


Step Three: When viewing the quarantined messages, you can select the message, and details of the message will be presented at the bottom with options to either Release Message (Move message into your inbox), Allow Sender (Future messages will arrive in the inbox) and Block Sender.

 


Step Four: When releasing the message from quarantine, it may take a moment but will arrive in your inbox or your junk email folders and will be removed from the Proofpoint portal.
