This branch of the service catalog contains all live service requests currently handled by the UA Advancement Services team. The types of requests and associated Advancement Services work groups are as follows:
*AS-Gift Processing: Requests pertaining to gift processing.
*AS-Data Management: Requests pertaining to UA software and system records, data hygiene, reporting, or configuration changes.
*AS-Office/Event Support: Requests pertaining to supplies, correspondence, donations, internal print and mail, as well as additional office and/or event support duties as requested and approved.
*AS-Support/Training: Requests pertaining to onboarding, offboarding, UA system training and support, as well as access and security.
*AS-Project Management: Requests pertaining to special projects that fall outside of typical AS tasks and exceed their scope and complexity.
*AS-Prospect Management: Requests pertaining to prospect research and management.
